For invited guests only - This page is intended for invited wedding guests. Please keep these details within your party.
A) If you do not have your gondola ticket (need to pick up on arrival)
Suggested: Arrive at the Base at 9:45am PDT
Time breakdown (planning estimate):

9:45am — Arrive at the Grouse Mountain Base

~15 min — Pick up ticket at Guest Services (Base, next to Starbucks)

~15 min — Wait time for the gondola/skyride line-up

~10 min — Ride up to the mountaintop

~5 min — Walk to Timber Room (2nd floor)

~10:30am — Arrive Timber Room
B) If you already have your gondola ticket (received before the day)
Suggested: Arrive at the Base at 10:00am PDT
Time breakdown (planning estimate):

10:00am — Arrive at the Grouse Mountain Base

~15 min — Wait time for the gondola/skyride line-up

~10 min — Ride up to the mountaintop

~5 min — Walk to Timber Room (2nd floor)

Tip: Lines can vary depending on the day/time. If you prefer extra buffer, arrive 10–15 minutes earlier.
From Downtown Vancouver (recommended):
Take the SeaBus to Lonsdale Quay, then transfer to TransLink Bus #236 to Grouse Mountain.
From Phibbs Exchange:
Take Bus #232 toward Grouse Mountain area (check latest TransLink timing before you depart).
Please check TransLink schedules on the day for the most up-to-date departure times.
All parking lots at the base are paid parking.
We will provide a parking pass for our guests, but please let us know in advance if you need one (so we can arrange it before the day).
Alternatively, you can pay at the machines in the parking lots by coin, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
Parking fee is waived for vehicles with OpenRoad Auto Group license plate frames.
Please bring your Mountain Admission Ticket to join us on the mountaintop.
If you need to pick up your ticket, go to Guest Services at the base (next to Starbucks) and they will check you in.
Keep your ticket for the rest of the day — you’ll need it for the return trip down.
From the parking lot, walk to the Base Plaza where both the Blue Gondola and Red Skyride depart.
Either one will take you to the mountaintop (typical ride is ~6–10 minutes depending on conditions/operations).
If arriving via Blue Gondola
The Chalet will be on your left-hand side. Enter through the main entrance.
Inside, take the stairs on your right-hand side to the top floor.
At the top of the stairs, turn left and walk straight along the balcony.
Pass the washrooms — the Timber Room entrance will be facing you.
If arriving via Red Skyride
You will have direct access to the Chalet’s top floor via the covered pathway with string lights.
Enter the Chalet, then walk straight along the balcony.
Pass the washrooms — the Timber Room entrance will be facing you.
